The Athletic Injury Tracker (AIT) is the world’s first standalone injury logging and reporting solution designed by Athletic Trainers for Athletic Trainers. AIT allows entry of athlete data into your tablet whenever and wherever you want; typically faster than you can type. it is both HIPAA and COPPA compliant. And there are NO recurring costs!

Generate customized spreadsheet reports at the click of a button. No need to transfer data to a desktop for further formatting. Send your reports directly from your mobile device via HIPAA approved email.

AIT is totally self-contained. There is no need for Wi-Fi or 3G/4G access to add or view your records. You can finally add data right on the field which increases the reliability of reporting athlete injuries from the attending Athletic Trainer to the referral point, i.e., a doctor, physical therapist, or medical services agency because of the ability to enter you observations on the injury in real time. AIT eliminates the Athletic Trainers current duplication of work in creating reports for previously reported athletes.
